Stage 5 · NO HUMAN B Standard

We do not certify that a resource is present.

We certify what the experience delivers. Certification is public proof of a new operational capability, and a sign, for every family, that they are welcome there too.

The glass entrance of a public library with a small black sticker on the door; people of all ages go in, including a woman with a guide dog.

What certification measures and publishes

Honest about what is missing.

  • It measures gaps and publishes limitations.
  • It requires an improvement roadmap.
  • It promises to ‘widen access’, never ‘universal accessibility’.
  • It is renewed regularly, with monitoring between cycles.
  • It only comes after stages 1 to 4. A member is not certified.
