The Pathway
Ordered, fast at the base, honest at the top.
Transformation starts with awareness. First we train, quickly, as many people as possible. Each stage builds on what the one before has established.
- 1 · JoiningA commitment to human variability
- 2 · TrainingThe most people, in the least time
- 3 · EquipNURA Kit for anyone who wants it
- 4 · PrepareSignage, advance information and adjustments
- 5 · CertifyPublic proof of the transformation
- 6 · New spacesNURA Base · Phase 2
Why we start at the base
A kit offered by someone who understands is an act of welcome.
The same kit handed over without training is just an object.
Once understanding is in place, the next stages stop being technical obligations and become natural consequences. A room built in a place that has not changed how it welcomes people risks becoming the place where ‘those people’ are sent.
The six stages
Prepare
Signage, information before arrival, a sensory map and low-cost adjustments in existing spaces.
See solution →Certify
Independent verification of the whole experience and visibility to the community.
See solution →New spaces
Design, architecture, refurbishment or construction of adaptive spaces, including NURA Base.
See solution →The pathway rule
No stage skips the one before.
- No equipping without training.
- No certifying without preparing.
- No building until the shared environment has started to change.
Required order
- An accessible main environment.
- Distributed options: trained teams, advance preparation, kits, information, sound, light.
- NURA Base, when the person wants it.
Never the other way round. A dedicated space never replaces changing the shared environment.
