Stage 1 · Joining
Here, nobody is human B.
Joining is the way in. Simple, quick and open: any organisation and any person can join. Its value lies in the public commitment and what it sets in motion.
Organisations commit to
- Sign the Charter and use the NO HUMAN B Test as a criterion in their decisions.
- Appoint a lead person for human variability.
- Enrol their teams in awareness training within an agreed timeframe.
- Listen to those who visit, study or work there, including people with lived experience.
- Begin the pathway: training, equipment, preparing spaces and, when ready, certification.
Individuals commit to
- Sign the Manifesto.
- Take the NO HUMAN B awareness course.
- Take the cause to the places they go: their children’s school, the club, the workplace.
What joining is, and what it is not
The start of a pathway, not the end of it.
A member organisation does not use the certification mark or promise conditions it does not yet offer. This distinction protects families, who need to know what they will find, and it protects the movement’s credibility.
Membership mark
NO HUMAN B member organisation
On its way to being prepared for human variability.
Joining means saying publicly: here, nobody is human B.
And agreeing to work to make it true.
