Stage 2 · NO HUMAN B Learning

The most people, in the least time.

Training is the heart of the base: it is where lack of awareness becomes awareness. It starts short and open to everyone, goes deeper for those who welcome people and multiplies through in-house trainers.

A training room at a sports club: a woman trainer and a young male trainer present, side by side, to a team seated in a semicircle.

Four levels

1

Awareness

Everyone in the organisation and the community.

There is no human B. Language that respects. Offering options instead of deciding for the person.

2

Welcome

Front of house, security, teachers, event staff.

Observe, ask and offer. Support people while they wait. Offer the NURA Kit. Inclusive emergency procedures.

3

Multiply

In-house trainers chosen by the organisation.

Repeat the training within the organisation. This is what makes the pyramid grow.

4

Transform

Leadership, operations, maintenance, architecture.

Barrier assessment, improvement plan and preparation for certification.

A hotel receptionist in her fifties watches a short training video on a laptop with headphones, at a quiet desk with coffee and a notebook.

Our own platform, 7 languages

Short videos, applied to real moments.

Arriving, waiting, asking for help, leaving. Online training is available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French and German.

  • Co-designed and co-delivered with people with lived experience, recognised and paid.
  • Focused on the environment, not on diagnosis: nobody leaves to ‘spot’ people; they leave ready to offer options.
  • Short at first contact, to reach many people quickly.
  • Refreshed regularly, because teams change.

Those who understand the cause no longer need a protocol to welcome people. The protocol becomes support, not a substitute.
